Suntan Smoothie Recipe

This suntan smoothie recipe will help provide your skin with nutrients that your skin needs to get a good tan during the summer. Plus, it is super delicious!

Ingredients

  • 10 raw almonds
  • 10 hazelnuts
  • 2 brazil nuts
  • 1 orange peel and pitted
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 carrot peeled
  • 4 apricots
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cantaloupe
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger or fresh grated

Instructions

  • Chop all the fruit pieces into sizable cubes.
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more water/pineapple juice if you want it thinner. (Add ice if your fruits aren't frozen enough)
  • Drink and tan!
