Suntan Smoothie Recipe
This suntan smoothie recipe will help provide your skin with nutrients that your skin needs to get a good tan during the summer. Plus, it is super delicious!

Ingredients
- 10 raw almonds
- 10 hazelnuts
- 2 brazil nuts
- 1 orange peel and pitted
- 2 peaches
- 1 carrot peeled
- 4 apricots
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cantaloupe
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger or fresh grated
Instructions
- Chop all the fruit pieces into sizable cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more water/pineapple juice if you want it thinner. (Add ice if your fruits aren't frozen enough)
- Drink and tan!
